Palogix offers a range of plastic and hybrid steel plastic pallets that are specifically designed and manufactured for various environments, applications and processes. Applications include: light weight distribution to manufacturers warehousing and stores processes, through to the harshest and toughest of industrial return bound environments. Our pooling pallets are easy to care for, often repairable and available in standard and custom sizes.
With more focus being placed on health, safety and hygiene in the food and related industries, the heavy duty plastic pallet is a sure bet. The pallet protects against moisture and the absorption of any foreign substances, preventing cross contamination of separate products. Easy to clean and sterilize, making the pharmaceutical, food and other application endless.
In the unlikely event of the pallet being damaged, the top or bottom component can be individually replaced thus eliminating the need to replace the whole pallet.

The composite steel and plastic pallet is designed to optimize strength, weight and cost. It consists of a plastic slat that simply clips into a high tensile steel pallet frame constructed of an arcuate section rolled specifically to our requirements. The plastic slats are totally non-structural, inexpensive and easy to replace. The safety of the product does not depend on the strength of the plastic at all, but instead relies on the steel frame.
The hybrid steel and plastic pallet also has hygienic advantages. With the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) quality management system becoming mandatory for the entire food industry in both the European Union and many other countries worldwide, it is becoming mandatory for food & pharmaceutical products to be moved on food grade certified pallets.
This four way entry skid pallet is made of high tensile steel and plastic, which outperforms both timber and plastic units of similar design, strengthwise.
